HESCO Parts was launched in 1946 by Mr. Clyde Ensor Sr., whose first venture after returning from WWII involved remanufacturing three products; carburetors, distributors, and mechanical fuel pumps. From those modest beginnings, our business has grown to over 50 different product lines, but we remain devoted to Mr. Ensor’s original commitment to quality; supplying world-class, affordable, and defect-free remanufactured engines and parts. Our current product line covers a broad range of makes and models with over 3000 engines in stock, and we are constantly working to expand our selection as new items are researched for remanufacturability.
HESCO uses state of the art machining, assembly, and test equipment along with 100% Quality Testing to help maintain the highest standards. We are QS/TS 16949 2002 Certified. HESCO owns and operates a 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located in Louisville, KY. We also maintain an additional 200,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space for finished goods & cores.
From our centrally located warehouse, we can ship our remanufactured automotive engines, marine engines, HI-PO engines, transmissions, transfer cases, cylinder heads, and crankshafts, directly to you or to your customer. All orders received to by 3:30 E.S.T. will be shipped the same day.
We are constantly improving our logistics, service and supply strategy by adding distribution centers throughout the U.S. to better serve the reason for our existence, you the customer.
